I did a reading of my book Greetings from Kiwi and Pear for a 1st grade class at Nest+m a few weeks ago and got a stack of letters from the kids a week later. The letters are SO freakin’ cute! I’ll post them here every now and then. It’s stuff like this that makes me say – yes, it is all worth it! Creating art while inspiring kids – what gets better than that?

I loved how that last one used a heart in place of an ‘o’ for my name – maybe I should start signing everything that way?
